Hi! I’m Ainsley ❤️ I’m eighteen years old and I live in Nashville, Tennessee. I moved here from Seattle, WA. to pursue music full time when I was 15. I've been dreaming about making music my job since I was a little kid so writing songs every day and performing all around the country makes me incredibly grateful for what I've been able to do - so far! I started performing in musical theatre and school talent shows when I was in elementary school and bought my first guitar when I was 7 (it was blue and sparkly and took weeks of allowance money to save up for).
I was lucky enough to graduate from high school when I was 16 and started taking classes at Berklee College of Music when I was 15. I'm now a full-time college student studying to get a Music Business degree while I pursue music full-time! For me, making music is all about connecting with people, even though it's been really hard to do that over the last couple of years (COVID, amirite?). Even still, I was able to put together a collection of songs over the last few years that I think a lot of people can relate to. I hope my songs feel like the friend you need to talk to after a bad day, the friend that will remind you to stay strong, follow your dreams (even if people think they are crazy) and a friend that reminds you that you are not alone!
